Your licence stays with you, whether you’re on a Mac at home or a Windows machine on set. You can have 3 active installations of each application. Should the software not perform as described, and the cause is within the software itself, a resolution will be pursued. This is the exclusive remedy for the customer. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by external factors, including incompatible software versions, system configuration, or misuse. No liability is accepted for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software. Attempts to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software are a breach of the licence. This licence can be revoked by either party.
